In this class, you will learn the basics of starting garden vegetables and flowers. The workshop will be led by Stefanie Vanderslice, the owner of The Heirloom Acre farm in Beggs, Oklahoma.

In this class you’ll learn:

• What equipment is needed to grow healthy seedlings indoors
• Which varieties prefer an early start and which ones can be directly seeded into the garden
• Ways to improve seed germination
• How to successfully harden off and transplant

Additionally, each guest will receive their very own growing tray and start the seeds of their choice during this hands on class.

This will be Stefanie’s third workshop at The Studio at K|D! Brimming with homesteading experience, she excels in sharing tips and offering hands-on guidance.
