Chop, chop! Sharpen your culinary expertise with this hands-on knife skills workshop at The Studio at K|D.

Have you ever wished you were a better cook especially when it comes to chopping, slicing, and dicing? Well if so, our Knife Skills Class on February 22nd is the perfect opportunity to increase your confidence in the kitchen and discover the joy of cooking! Gain hands-on experience as you learn over 10 different knife cuts while preparing your own salad. Learn the safest and most efficient techniques while cutting a variety of foods in an interactive and fun workshop environment.

Workshop will be led by private chef, Conner Adams.

  • Food, knives and cuttings boards will be provided, but feel free to bring your own knives if you prefer
  • Learn safe and efficient techniques while cutting a variety of foods
  • Learn the best care and keeping of your knives
  • Receive suggestions on best knives and cutting boards to invest in
  • Take-home boxes will be provided to take home the salad that you will make during the workshop

  1. Do we bring our own knives? No. Food, knives and cuttings boards will be provided, but feel free to bring your own knives if you prefer
  2. Is it hands on or will we just be watching knife demonstrations? It’s hands-on! Chef Conner will teach and attendees will practice cutting a variety of food while preparing their own salads.
  3. Do we need to bring food? No. All food and supplies will be provided for all attendees, which includes a variety of vegetables and herbs for making salads. Along with knives and cutting boards.
