During the class, you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare a delightful menu featuring Garlic Feta Dip, Lebanese Slaw, Lemon Chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes, Mediterranean Rice, Tzatziki, Pita, and Baklava for dessert. Nancy will walk you through each step, sharing valuable tips and techniques along the way.

About the Presenter: Nancy Bruce is a seasoned cook and the owner of Lambrusco’z Deli in Tulsa, OK. With her extensive cooking expertise and dynamic presentation style, Nancy will entertain and inspire you as she guides you through the process of preparing a full Mediterranean meal that we’ll enjoy together at the end of the workshop.
